At Normandale Childcare we know each child is unique and we strive to provide a loving, caring and creative environment tailored to each individual child. We are sensitive to their emotional, physical, and social needs. We strive to provide hands on experiences to allow children to be creative, and to explore and learn in ways specific to their needs. Children learn many important lessons through early childhood experiences, therefore it is our goal to provide an environment that allows each of them to experience a rich, loving and nurturing world. 

 We will help provide an environment where they can acquire new skills and experiences that will facilitate their learning and social development. Our Family Home Daycare will provide a secure and clean atmosphere where your child will play, grow and develop in many aspects of their young lives. We will give each child individual attention and encouragement where they will feel loved and greatly cared for.

 Our daycare is full of educational material, as we believe education should feed a child’s growth. We will encourage learning through reading, writing, music, arts, crafts, and sensory development. 

We will also promote ways for your children to learn life skills. We will educate them regarding personal hygiene, manners, and social interactions in order to help build their self-esteem and confidence.

 Lastly, family involvement is crucial in the healthy development of your child, therefore we will be readily available to discuss with each child’s parent or guardian any matter that is necessary to help build and encourage the child’s growth. We are available if additional support is needed and do our due diligence to meet each unique need your child may have. We will strive to work together and build strong and trustworthy relationships with families.

 Our facility is proudly owned and operated by a dedicated professional who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering and Mathematics. After a successful 15-year career in the tech industry, she followed her true passion—teaching and working with young children. She completed her core Early Childhood Education (ECE) training at Saddleback College in California and has gained extensive experience working with infants and toddlers over the years.

She is deeply passionate about early childhood development and believes in the powerful, positive energy children bring into our lives. She finds great joy in helping children discover the world around them and is continually amazed by their growth and learning.
